Candidate Profile :
- Candidates should posses BBA / MBA pass out (2012 & 2013 batch)
- It will be customer support phone banking inbound processes ,candidate have to handle customer query related to bank queries & disputes related to financial products across various business segments & across products.
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction.Recommend process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned during the job.
