Job Description :
Generally responsible for resolving operating system
/ Hardware (Desktops/Notebooks) & Network related issues.
Expected to follow the Work Instructions as per geography to meet operational metrics.
Expected to provide E2E support to customers for better customer experience.
Skills & Knowledge :
Technical Support Representative should be well versed with operating systems and Hardware Components.
He /She should upgrade technical skills with changing technology and should acquire technical certifications as per the business & career development.
Superior skills in both written and verbal communication.
Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
Computer proficiency with applicable software applications (for example Microsoft Office, CAD, Adobe Suite, programming.
Problem solving skills.
Accuracy in data entry.
Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
