Job Description :
DLF Pramerica Life Walkin for Agency Manager Position On 24th June 2013
  • Recruitment & training of Sales personnel
  • Manage the productivity of the field force
  • Monitor and review their performance and take corrective actions
  • Set and achieve business targets
  • Ensure compliance of the business on audits and regulatory standards
  • Focus on need based selling & activity management
  • Enable superlative performance through alignment of team with organizations objective
  • Ensure clarity and enhance understanding of new sales process and management systems
  • Interact regularly with the customers to ensure committed & partnership based relationship
  • Adherence to all financial & administrative systems
  • Drive R&R and exceed benchmark
  • Understand Associates business in depth and seek opportunity for business development & revenue generation
  • Regular team review and field visits, forging strong relationships.
  • Planning & Implementing all the lead generation, sales and customer care related activities for the business
