Job Description :

• Providing timely and accurate support to the Talent Acquisition consultants by proactively sourcing candidates and assisting throught various stages in the recruitment process for various roles
• Participation in the organization of TomTom in recruitment events (in-house and externally)
• Active participation in one of the global recruitment projects.
• Overall support of the Talent Team, when necessary

Candidate Profile :

• Candidates should possess MBA (HRM) / MPM / PGD in HRM from a reputed Institute.
• Like our brand, you are energetic, entrepreneurial, and innovative.
• You are a strong communicator. With your positive attitude and energy you are able to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. You are looking forward to join an excellent team with who you deliver and celebrate success. You are fluent in English.
