- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
- Respond to customer questions.
- Generating leads and fixing up the appointments.
- Data entry and maintenance of existing/potential customer data bases.
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders.
