The candidate would be responsible for:

• Handling walk in customers & explaining them about the products.
• Target achievement for different products of the Company.
• Handling incoming & making outgoing calls
• Customer relationship management
• Maintaining data in CRM Software and generating reports
• Handling emails and to co ordinate with Regional Office.
• Other administrative day-to-day activities

Desired Profile:

• Experience in handling customers
• Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office)
• Convincing Skills with good communication
• Target orientated
• Graduation Compulsory
